The city of Bologna in Italy hosted the 4th plenary of the Interlink H2020 project!
On May 31 and June 1, experts from the 10 partners met to discuss the state of the art after 17 months of hard work, and the next goals to be achieved. The main issue to discuss is whether the digital platform and the so-called “Interlinkers” can really offer so much added value and differentiation for the PA users and stakeholders, instead of already existing commodity SaaS solutions for collaboration, PM, communication, etc.
First of all, a working session dedicated to the usability tests of the INTERLINK solution was led by Bruno Kessler Foundation to support the pilots’ front-end and its customization.
Then Dedagroup presented the communication plan and the next communication materials and channels to boost the dissemination of the project (the animated video, the newsletter). Cloud’n’Sci focussed on the future of the project, opening a discussion on new features, the rewarding system, and the co-business model.
The day after, Radboud University presented the story of the co-production initiative from the idea to the current status quo of the realisation, how to validate and refine the governance model based on the use case experiences and how to inhibit and promote factors encountered (or expected) in the co-production process regarding the actors involved, the institutional framework and the ICT.
Partners involved in the use-cases (the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance; the Municipality of Zaragoza; the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development of the Republic of Latvia) presented the status of pre-pilot activities; engagement plan and stakeholders mapping; detailed step-by-step pilot plan. UC Louvain explained ethical issues in the pilots, the definition of the terms of use of the platform – privacy policy & consent form, and finally how to share and store research data produced and personal data.
The partners agreed to meet live in October and planned to hold a public event in Italy!
