2021 – 2022 Events

19-22 April – International Research Society for Public Management (IRSPM) online conference. Facing the future: Evolving social-political-administrative relations and the future of administrative systems. 

  • How do people perceive the quality of a digital co-production process? Read an insight of the paper Radboud University submitted to the conference. 

6 May – High-Level Workshop on Public Services of the Future, organized by the Across project to bring together high-level policymakers with researchers and experts and to discuss the topics high on the digital policy agenda (the EU digital eID wallet, the implementation of the Single Digital Gateway, and the execution of the Digital Europe Program).

23-24 May – Long-term Sustainability of Co-Creation and Co-production workshop.

We are co-organizing the event in Ghent (Belgium) to bring together expertise in the co-creation and co-production of public services from 18 countries across three continents. Next to the presentation and discussion of research papers, the workshop will include a plenary debate on the challenge of making co-creation and co-production initiatives sustainable over time.

15-17 June – International Conference on Digital Government Research, managed by the Digital Government Society (DGS) with a theme “Opportunities, risk and policies in smarter cities: Intelligent Technologies, Governments, and Citizens” – hybrid from South-Korea. 

  • We present a paper under track 11  “Organizational Factors, Adoption Issues and Digital Government Impacts”. Read an insight of Challenges and Opportunities for ICT in Co-production: A Case Study of Public Service Innovation in an Italian Municipality here. 

5-8 July – Splitech – The International Conference on smart and sustainable technologies (hybrid from Croatia). 

  • Deusto and Fondazione Bruno Kessler joined hands in the paper entitled A collaborative environment to boost co-production of sustainable public services, on Interlink results. Read an insight here.

The PSPM will aid in strategic planning tasks and provide an open repository of good practices.
