Welcome to https://interlink-project.eu/, the website of the Interlink project (the “Project”). The website is managed by Dedagroup, S.p.A. (“Dedagroup” or “We”, “us”, “our”) and is hosted by FBK, both partners to the Project. FBK is the processor and we are the controller of the Personal Data processed in relation to the website and we are responsible for compliance with EU Data Protection Law.
This Privacy Notice describes how we use the Personal Data of visitors of the website, individuals registering to our newsletters and or reaching out to us in relation to the Project (“You”, “your”).
1. What Personal Data do We collect about You?
Depending on who You are and on how You engage with us, We collect Personal Data about You, for different reasons and based upon a specific legal basis.
2. Do We Change the purpose of the processing?
We will only use your Personal Data for the purposes for which We collected them, unless We reasonably consider that We need to use them for another reason and this is compatible with the original purpose. If We need to use your Personal Data for an unrelated purpose, We will notify You and We will explain the legal basis that allows us to do so.
3. Which third-parties process your Personal Data? Do We Share, Disclose or Transfer Personal Data?
In limited cases, We may share or disclose your Personal Data with third parties, including third-party service providers.

We do not use other third-parties to process your Personal Data or otherwise transfer Personal Data outside of the EEA and/or disclose your Personal Data to other recipients than those identified in this Privacy Notice. If We were to do so, We will comply with EU Data Protection Law.
4. How do we protect your Personal Data?
Your Personal Data are treated as confidential.
We never pass on your contact details to third-parties for commercial purposes.
We have put in place appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures. We update and test our security technology on an ongoing basis. We restrict access to your Personal Data to those employees and staff who need to know that information to provide benefits or services to You. In addition, We train our staff about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information. We commit to taking appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce our staff’ privacy responsibilities.
5. How long will We retain your Personal Data?
We store your Personal Data until the end of the Project (expected December 31, 2023). We might delete Personal Data before the end of the Project if We achieve the purpose for which We collected them.
When We process your Personal Data based on your consent (e.g., when You subscribe to our newsletters), You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6 below). In this case, Your Personal Data will be deleted.
